This step filters out unnecessary features, assumptions, and borrowed ideas. Clarity here saves months later.

We define the real problem — not the imagined one. Most ideas are symptoms, not roots. Together, we break down who the product is really for, what problem is worth solving first, and what can be ignored safely.

This creates a sharp focus and a clear direction for everything that follows.

We design a simple system before building a complex product. At this stage, we translate clarity into structure: scope the MVP, define the core flow, and choose only what is necessary to test reality.

The goal is not perfection — it's leverage. A small, intentional system beats a large, fragile one.

Depending on the engagement, I either build or guide the build. This can look like hands-on product development, technical and architectural guidance, or decision support during execution.

The focus stays on momentum, not overengineering.

We close the loop before moving forward. After delivery, we assess what worked, what the product revealed, and what the next logical step is.
